The Cole County Health Dept. has a number of trained professionals who are available to talk to your group on a variety of topics for no cost. The Cole County Health Education staff is able to give presentations on the following topics, all of which may be tailored to meet your specific needs:

- Nutrition Related topics for all ages

If you are looking for a speaker on a topic that you do not see on the list please call the Cole County Health Department, at (573) 636-2181 to determine if we can develop a presentation to suit your needs.
While the Cole County Health Dept. can not support or verify the information you may receive from the “Top 10” list, this list of (the top) 10 health websites should provide a good starting place for you to begin your search for health information.
Please use these websites to find out more information about quitting smoking, starting an exercise program, sticking to an exercise program, and learning to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. Take the time to learn about what health screenings are recommended for your age and gender, or learn about ways to talk to your kids about exercising more.
