Where can I obtain a permit application?
- Permit applications can be picked up from our office during normal business hours,

- A permit Fee of $100.00 will apply at the time the permit is turned in. We cannot accept any incomplete applications.
- Usually within 5 working days of submission, by either approving & issuing a permit, issuing a permit with necessary modifications for compliance, or rejecting permit.
How long is a permit good for?
- All permits shall be valid for six months after date of issuance. Expiration dates are recorded on each permit. Permits may be renewed for a period of ninety days.
- A soil or percolation test is required for all systems being installed. Lagoon and or septic systems are under this rule.
- Only a certified soil scientist can perform this test.
